About the academy
Insight Passageway Academy Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. The registered business is a private classroom: volume-profile reading and the language of market participation, taught in English on Bangna-Trad Road.
Before the company existed, Niran Chaiyasit hosted informal Wednesday readings in a rented meeting room near Bang Na. The people who came were futures traders who wanted to talk through a finished session without a chat-room pile-on. They brought prints. They argued about whether a high had excess. They went home.
In 2019 those evenings became Insight Passageway Academy Co., Ltd. In 2021 the academy took the present room in Bang Chalong, added a second chair for a steward, and stopped crowding around a single screen. Profiles are printed before the door opens. The long table still seats eight. That limit is the size of the room, and it has stayed the size of the room.
The academy teaches a way of reading. Orders, position size, and the custody of funds stay with each person and their own broker. A seat is a place to practise description, not a desk that trades for you.
People in the room
Lead reader. Niran spent years keeping handwritten participation notes beside a futures screen for a trading desk in Bangkok, then began the Wednesday circles that became the academy. He leads the Reading Studio, the Saturday composite, and the one-to-one desk review. He would rather hear a careful sentence about a poor high than a confident one about tomorrow.
Session steward. Mali came from print production and now prepares every profile, keeps the replay clock, and walks a new seat holder through the first worksheet. If a mark is crowded, she is the person who reprints the sheet with a wider margin. The opening briefing is hers to set up and Niran’s to lead.
Phones go in a basket during a read-aloud. The example on the table is a finished session, so the group can be wrong in public and then see the later prints. Sentences that the sheet does not support get revised before anyone leaves. Recap notes the next morning use the words the table actually settled on, not a polished version invented overnight.
