Refunds and changes to a seat

These rules apply to classroom seats with Insight Passageway Academy Co., Ltd. at 18/2 Bangna-Trad Rd, Bang Chalong, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540. They cover the Volume Profile Reading Studio, the Market Participation Desk Review, the Composite Profile Workshop, and the Opening Auction Briefing. Eligibility and timeframe

A refund request can be made by the person who paid, or by the named seat holder with that person’s written agreement. Send the request before you expect a reply window: we confirm eligible refunds within five working days of a complete request, and we pay them within fourteen working days of that confirmation.

Full refund

The Reading Studio deposit and any balance already paid are refunded in full when you cancel at least seven days before evening one. The Saturday workshop deposit and balance are refunded in full when you cancel at least seven days before the Saturday. A desk review or an opening briefing is refunded in full when you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the reserved hour.

Partial refund

If you cancel a Reading Studio seat or a workshop seat inside seven days but before the first hour, the deposit is retained and any amount you paid above the deposit is returned. If a Reading Studio cohort has started, fees for evenings not yet held are returned, and fees for evenings already held are retained, calculated as one quarter of the seat fee per evening. A workshop that has started is not partially refunded, because the composite is built as one sitting.

Non-refundable items

The retained deposit in a late cancellation is non-refundable. Profiles and worksheets already printed for a desk review that you cancel inside forty-eight hours are non-refundable to the cost of that print, capped at 400 THB, and the rest of the review fee is returned. Evenings already taught are non-refundable. A no-show is non-refundable for that hour or that evening.

Process, timing, and method

Write the class name, the reserved date, and the name on the seat. We reply with the amount and the reason for any portion retained. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If that method cannot receive the return, we agree another method in writing. The fourteen-working-day payment window starts when we confirm the amount, not when you first write.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule once, without a fee, if you give the same notice required for a full refund and another published date has a chair. A second change, or a change inside the notice period, is treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules and a new reservation. The academy may move a sitting if the reader is ill or the room cannot open; in that case you may take the new date or a full refund of any unused fee.

Deposits, no-shows, and work already started

A deposit holds a named chair and is applied to the seat fee. If you do not arrive, the chair may be released after thirty minutes and that hour is a no-show. Work already started means an evening already taught, a workshop already begun, or a desk review already underway. Those portions follow the partial and non-refundable rules above. Materials printed for a group class are included in the seat fee and are not billed again if you attend.

Exceptions

If the academy cancels a class outright and offers no date you can take, unused fees and deposits are refunded in full. Illness on your side is handled as a reschedule when you write before the start and a later chair exists; where the next cohort has no open chair, the cancellation rules apply. Refunds cover classroom seats held in the Bang Chalong room.
