Terms of study

These terms govern classroom seats and related enquiries with Insight Passageway Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), 18/2 Bangna-Trad Rd, Bang Chalong, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540, email hello@insight-passageway.click, telephone 023851133. By reserving a chair, paying a fee, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

The classroom

The academy teaches volume-profile reading and market participation in a private room in Bang Chalong. A published class has a set duration, a printed set of materials, and a fee listed on the rates page. Descriptions on this website explain the sitting so you can decide whether to enquire. They are an invitation to ask for a chair, and a confirmed seat is complete only when the academy accepts your request in writing and any required deposit is agreed.

Seats and fees

Fees are informational until a seat is confirmed. Payment is arranged with the academy directly. This website has no checkout. A deposit, where stated, holds a named chair for a named start date. The remaining fee is due before the first hour of that class unless a written note says otherwise. A chair is personal. You may ask to transfer it to another person before the first session; the academy confirms the transfer in writing if the new person accepts these terms.

Conduct and materials

Seat holders arrive ready to read aloud, keep phones in the basket during a read-aloud, and treat other people’s session notes as private. The academy may end a sitting for a person who disrupts the table, and the refund page explains what is returned in that case. Printed profiles, worksheets, and recap notes are for the seat holder’s own study. You may keep your handwritten marks. You may not copy the academy’s printed profiles for sale or for a class you teach.

Intellectual property

The website text, the teaching sequence, the worksheet design, and the printed profiles remain the property of the academy unless a page says otherwise. Your own trade records stay yours. Sending them for a desk review gives the academy permission to print and discuss them inside that review, and to keep a copy for as long as the privacy page allows.

What a class undertakes

A class undertakes to teach a method of reading a volume profile and of describing participation. Order placement, position size, and account decisions remain with you and your broker. Past sessions used as examples are teaching material. The academy does not undertake that any person will earn a particular result from the method.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the academy’s liability arising from a seat is limited to the fee you paid for that seat. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by traffic, or decisions you make after you leave the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website use

The pages are provided for information about the classroom. You may not scrape them for a competing class or present them as your own teaching. Links to the site are welcome if they do not imply a partnership the academy has not agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from a seat or from use of this website, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer.
