What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, the class you are asking about, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. If you later reserve a seat, we also keep the fee status, attendance, and any session notes you choose to send for a desk review. Telephone calls may be noted in a short written record of what was agreed. We do not ask for account numbers, broker passwords, or copies of identification through this form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you, to hold a chair, to prepare printed profiles for a review you requested, and to keep a record of fees and attendance. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract when you ask for a seat, performance of that contract when you sit, and a legitimate interest in keeping orderly classroom records. Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count that no longer names you. Seat records, including attendance and fee status, are kept for five years after the last session, because that period matches ordinary accounting practice. A session print you sent for a desk review is kept with that review file for the same five years, unless you ask for earlier deletion and we have no duty to retain it.

Sharing

Staff who prepare the room and lead the class see the data they need. We do not sell personal data. A hosting provider may process website logs. An accountant may see fee records. We share data with a public authority when Thai law requires it.

International transfers

The academy is in Thailand. Website hosting and font requests may involve servers outside Thailand, including where our host or Google Fonts operates. Where personal data leaves Thailand, we rely on a provider that offers contractual protection appropriate under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, or on another basis that Act allows.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy of data you provided. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To use a right, email hello@insight-passageway.click. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. We answer within the period Thai law requires.
